The land on which this bbuilding was built has a rectangular shape, the surface of 3500 sqm and is located in the N-NW area of Bucharest, in the vicinity of the ROMEXPO Exhibition Complex, with access of 1117 sqm from bd. Exhibition number 30 A.

DORMITORIES

„Băneasa” Complex
Accommodation capacity: 414 students

Address: Biharia street, no. 12, Sector 1, Bucharest

The Băneasa complex is composed of two dormitories: B1 (252 places) and B2 (152 places). The dormitories consist of rooms with either 6, 4 or 2 beds. The rooms are fully furnished and have high speed internet access (included in the price of accommodation), while within the dormitory there is access to washing machines, reading room, as well as other facilities. In dormitory B1 the bathrooms are common, and in B2 each room has its own bathroom. On each floor there is a space dedicated to preparing food.

„Energetic” dormitory
Accommodation capacity: 160 students

Address: Aleea Giurgiului, Nr. 5, Sector 5

The dormitory consists of rooms with 2 beds. The rooms are fully furnished, have high speed internet access, while within the dormitory there is access to washing machines, kitchen, reading room, as well as other facilities. Each room also has a private bathroom.
